Hooray for May!
I’m definitely experiencing a sense of time moving quickly these days which is a good indicator that it’s time to get out in nature. 

There’s something very equalizing about immersing in open space where there is a silent, subtle and innate rhythm.  It resets me and helps me remember my own rhythm, rather than a schedule-driven rhythm of urban business.
